One of the more popular questions I have been asked by friends and family back home throughout the past few months in Ecuador has simply been: “What are you doing there?!” Well here to answer your query is my “day in the life” video I made for Teaching Seminar 1. I am in the Andean, indigenous community of Morochos alongside Volcán Cotacachi in the Imbabura province of Ecuador, and my apprenticeship consists of alpaca and farm management, greenhouse maintenance, beekeeping, environmental education, small business support, tourism promotion and much more. I am living with the wonderful Flores family, and I am absolutely loving it here. Without further ado, click here to see a day in the Morochos life.
